On July 13th, 2016, my life changed forever. Hit by a car while biking across the country, I was left no longer able to feel anything below chest-level. After months of therapy in Idaho, I returned home to Michigan to reestablish my independence while continuing to set and meet my goals.
While I’m still learning how to navigate the world from this chair, I try to look for the best in every situation. I’m not sure what direction this blog will take– for now I’m just going to keep on spinning and go with the flow!
